A manufacturer specializing in food-grade silicone kitchen products, including baking molds, spatulas, and food storage seals, was facing increasing pressure from buyers demanding higher product consistency and shorter delivery times. Their existing production equipment, relying on manual material handling and outdated control systems, struggled to maintain stable quality across large production runs.

The customer required a reliable production solution that could improve efficiency while meeting strict food-contact safety standards. After analyzing the customer's manufacturing process, we proposed a customized LSR injection molding system featuring automatic dosing technology and a high-performance injection molding machine equipped with servo-driven precision control.

Once the new equipment was installed, production operations became significantly more efficient. The automatic dosing system ensured accurate 1:1 material ratio control, while the servo-driven injection system provided stable pressure and temperature control throughout the molding cycle. These improvements resulted in better product consistency, reduced material waste, and minimized flash defects.

Today, the customer continues to utilize the system for large-scale production and has expressed satisfaction with both the equipment performance and the technical support provided throughout the project.
