Improving Productivity and Quality for a Silicone Baby Product Manufacturer

A manufacturer of food-grade silicone baby products was experiencing rapid business growth and needed to expand production capacity while maintaining high quality standards. After evaluating the customer's production requirements, we proposed a customized liquid silicone rubber manufacturing system featuring automatic dosing technology, an advanced LSR injection molding machine, and auxiliary temperature control equipment.

The automated dosing system provided highly accurate material ratio control, eliminating many of the inconsistencies associated with manual operations. Meanwhile, the optimized injection process improved product appearance and dimensional stability.
