Complete LSR Solution for Silicone Keyboard Manufacturing

A customer specializing in silicone keypads and electronic control panel buttons approached us seeking a more stable production solution. The company had experienced challenges with inconsistent product dimensions, flash issues, and frequent material waste during production. These problems affected production efficiency and increased manufacturing costs.

After evaluating the customer’s products and production requirements, we recommended a complete liquid silicone rubber injection molding solution consisting of an LSR dosing system, injection molding machine, and temperature control equipment.
