This liquid silicone injection molding machine employs cold runner technology. After precisely blending the low-temperature liquid A and B components of silicone in the correct ratio, the mixture is pressurized by a screw and injected into the high-temperature mold cavity where rapid chemical cross-linking occurs, achieving high-precision automated production.
Working Principle Flow
1. Raw Material Delivery and Mixing:
Liquid silicone rubber components A (catalyst) and B (cross-linking agent) are conveyed in fixed ratio to a static mixer for thorough blending, with optional colorant additives.
2. Injection Molding:
Mixed liquid silicone is propelled through a cold runner system (preventing premature curing) and rapidly injected into the preheated mold cavity.
3. High-Temperature Vulcanization:
Heated mold initiates rapid chemical cross-linking reaction, transforming liquid silicone into stable elastic products.
4. Pressure Holding and Cooling:
Constant pressure ensures dimensional accuracy before cooling and product removal.
5. Automation Cycle:
Continuous automated production minimizes manual intervention for maximum efficiency.
